At ThirtyTwo, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your ride; if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached and original packaging included.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund once the gear clears inspection.
